Our recommendations!

This Ultra-Orthodox town is a welcoming temple for Eastern-European Jewish food, which usually suffers from an unglamorous image. Let’s break that image together.

People are Talking

We tend to like what we do, so don’t take it from us.
Instead: Here is what some of our past food-travelers had to say about out tours
It was great! It is amazing to see how right in front of me, in a place I pass by every day, there are some really interesting stories, people and dishes. Asaf was wonderful and mixed history and architecture with food, people and even sports. Leaves you wanting more!

Ehud, 5/25/18

Jaffa's Jerusalem Blvd.

A parallel universe 15 minutes away from Tel Aviv. A truly extraordinary, tasty and full of Bnei Brak-ish charm (apparently there IS such a thing!). Thank you Asaf for an excellent and kind guidance, including a precise mix of great food, wine and words. Can’t wait for the next tour.

Ohad, 7/12/18

Bnei Brak

A trip to a different world, in the less-known part of Tel Aviv. The background of the neighborhood and the immigrants who live in it is so interesting. Moni has a lot of knowledge, with sensitivity he uncovered the way people live there. The food was diversified, tasty and bountiful.

Ayelet, 6/9/18

Neve Sha’anan

A stunning tour! A place that is simultaneously so central and so foreign. We were exposed to the flavors, smells and stories of South Tel Aviv, the immigrants and the routes that led them to meet. Moni is charming and full of talent.

Mika, 4/22/18

Neve Sha’anan

Ten girls were celebrating my birthday in an incredible tour. Asaf gave us a day of stunning atmosphere, filled with alcohol, broad knowledge, sensitivity and intelligence, with an emphasis of the market’s culinary development and history. A day of fun, with an added value and a taste for more!

Shir, 6/19/18

Hacarmel Market

Besides the heady smells, the wonderful and unusual flavours, the soundtrack that accompanied us and the wine that still echoes in my head - Moni, who obviously is living and breathing that neighborhood, is a special and funny person that tells a story like no others. Don’t miss it.
